I should not be doing this right now but I need to keep the record solid.

The left side of my face feels heavy and there are painful pins and needles in my lips, under my hairline and around my eye all on the left side. I have been exhausted all day but unable to rest because of the anxiety. The left side of my face feels heavy. I have looked in the mirror and while my eye is sagging the left side of mouth seems to be working the same as the other. I had a few people comment on the sagging of my eye and actually someone said my face seemed to have…nope, words are failing. Mentally my …damn, I am sotired or something that I am having trouble putting sentences together. I am going to take some meds of some kind and go to bed with a phone in my hand and triple 0 ready to call.
