It has been an abysmal day and yesterday was not a lot better. The pain from the back injuries is blasting right through the pain relief and for the past couple of days it has been difficult getting from one side of the apartment to the other. All this pain is putting stress on other things I feel awful. There are chest aches and headaches as well. It is difficult and painful to sit here. It takes a conscious effort to get my body upright but unusually there is no place where I can get relief. It is very serious pain.
