Sorry but pain is all there is for the moment.

It was down to bearable levels this morning although it was worse as the day went on. I wasn’t able to cope with a shower but managed to get some groceries. The ride on the mobility scooter made things a lot worse. Most of the problem pain is from my neck and back so bouncing around on the scooter was not great.

It has added a headache to the count. and is slowly wearing me down. I need it to stop. A few hours ago I doubled the pain relief I would normally take but, while I feel unpleasantly smashed, the pain is pain relief free. I do not know what to do in the short term. I cannot cope with this level of pain on an ongoing basis.
