I have come from lying in a foetal position to record this. The pain has hit excruciating. It would be a six on the scale of pain. It issues from my neck and back and there doesn’t seem to be a way I can support my head at the moment that  helps. It is echoed by a an atomic migraine pain in my head!

I should be in a hospital I guess or at least considering it. I am almost helpless from the pain and coping tomorrow will be horrific if this continues. I cannot go to hospital because should they manage to fix or stabilise the cause I have no money to get a taxi home so I will be handicapped and hitching. I cannot manage that either. This is bad.
