This not a story about anyone

Ray White Budgewoi Real Estate Agents have a property manager and he sent me an email. You should get a look at it. Let me set the scene and add some background as we go along.

First of all this property has been occupied by me for seven years. All of that time I have cared for the Mulberry trees and kept the Bougainvillea trimmed. I worked in orchards as a teenager and have a good idea how to trim a tree. I also have a book about it, oh yes!

Ray White Budgewoi is attempting to tell me that after seven years of ignoring me and everything going along fine they suddenly needs their contractors to come on the property and stand over me with regards to the yard. It has to be the most small-minded and pitiful harassment I ever been on the end of.

Check out the leaf litter . Here There is a very green and slightly overgrown little garden of native orchids beneath a tree and in this is a structure of one small upturned branch that was made to allow me to photograph insects and spiders as they hide from winter cold. It is nothing of any size and needed to be untouched and in place for months as it has been. Craig knows that. It was a prime concern in our earlier conversations and was explained to him at length . Here is the part of his email where he tries to make it into a problem.garden

1. The property has a shared yard/space between both parties being yourself at no1 and the other tenant at no2, the owner contracts out the maintenance of the lawns for this reason.  The built up leaf and branch debris needed to be removed not only to keep the area clean and tidy but also to help prevent a buildup for future debris accumulating and leading to bigger cleanup bill for the owner and also allowing pests to build up and infest the properties.  The owner has a responsibility to both tenants at the property to ensure the space is safe and usable.  As you are aware the other tenant has reported the problem with white tail spiders at the property and her concerns.  The owner needs to act on this and have the property sprayed, your refusal and threats against the pest company prevents him from doing so.  The rotting pieces of timber against the garage wall again needed to be removed from the property and they present a real and very serious issue for termite attack and infestation to the home(s).

There is no build up of debris. The yard is mostly mown and in the small area he talks about there is a garden of ground cover made almost entirely of native violets as I have already said. He knows that. He is just being his usual vindictive and deceitful self. There are no wooden bits piled up against the garage walls apart from some left by the owner when he did the showers and they have been removed. The space has been kept usable by me alone and at my own expense and with my own handicapped  hands I removed several tonnes of debris left by a former owner and ignored by Craig’s office for years

Spiders. I Love this about Craig. He just keeps on carping about things that have long been irrelevant. White-tailed spiders breed during certain times of year. They tend to get into a house where they are normally present for no more than a week or so. I know that because I do research on spiders, have a web site describing them and am considered one of the lesser amateur authorities on them. There are no spiders in my neighbour’s house now. It is too bloody cold.

Craig is a man of the 1950’s when people had to have gardens that were denuded of all life apart from a few plants. No person with any idea of a world shared will kill off the life in their garden by a mass poison and even if they did I wanted my research sites left alone as they are no problem.I am also very ill with organ failure pending and did not want to be poisoned. He knows that as well. Craig had permission to spray all about her apartment and within. He just needs to have issues so he can keep up the stand-over tactics. After all the pain he has caused you would suspect a decent human would find a way to ask me to get these very simple jobs done as I have been doing them all these years.

2. The mulberry tree in the front yard has been cut down to ground level previously for two reasons, it has reshot at the side overtime to grow into its current state.  The tree roots from this tree are a cause the blocked drains and toilet as reported by yourself and were attended to recently by our plumber and confirmed by himself.  The second reason is that it is a totally unsuitable style of tree for the position where it is located due to the fact that they have the potential to grow so large. A quote has been arranged for this work and it will be cut back to ground level and sprayed to prevent any regrowth and future problems to the property.

This is how badly this guy wants to upset me. I have looked after these trees and kept the size just right for years. He knows that. He knows I use the cuttings to make charity pot plants so the fruit so the old stock will be kept alive. He knows the whole neighbourhood gets the fruit off the tree when it comes up.  The toilets Craig refers to were actually in a bad condition after years without repairs. The washers and seals around the down pipe and the cistern had long deteriorated and so water welled up through the pipes onto the floor. The pipes that water goes through is the same pipes as the other water goes through and there are and have been no problems. Once again our deceptive and dishonest little hero struggles to excuse his actions of passive aggressive harassment. He is welcome to drop the whole joint into the ground when I am gone. He is not getting to destroy everything I enjoy on this property without some return action from me. For those of you who do not know Craig is in breach of his responsibilities as an agent by even bringing this act of harassment in the way he has. I am entitled under law to have a peaceful tenancy without this crap from him!

The bougainvillea plant growing over and into the side of the property and over the collapsed structure (currently  being held up by the garage bin) also needs to be trimmed right back the side of the house as it growing in kept in a totally uncontrolled manner.  It prevents free access to the side of the property and also as your front door is blocked with boxes the only access to the property is via the side door this can inflict serious injuries due the large thorns on the bush, looks very untidy and again the weight of the bush possibly damaging the property,    A quote has been arranged for this work and it will be completed

Exaggeration, misdirection and plain dishonesty. Craig uses it all in this little section. The plant is trimmed to prevent attacks against my side door. I have been through several home invasions and have the bougainvillea set up not stop access. It doesnt stop access and after its winter trim will be quite well out of the way. It is set up so that someone heading to my door up the stairs has to use a little care to get to the door and cannot charge me without catching some clothing. It does have lovely big thorns.

Craig is telling another bald-faced lie when he suggests the only access to the property is in any way blocked. Even if that side of the the house was blocked the other side has enough clearance to land a small plane so access is exceptional. It looks a bit untidy. Probably because it has been raining a lot and is due for a trim and I have been filling out paperwork for hours. Paperwork stemming from the devious and dishonest attacks on me by guess who. Yes, Craig Favelle, Wendy Mcleod and Danielle Cosgrove

The boxes he refers to have not been in place for some time anyway. If Craig was in any way an honest or concerned man he could have just said that the boxes were a problem. He plans to cause as much distress and anxiety as he can instead!

So, if you were to read the letter out of context you might be lulled into thinking Craig was just a good agent looking after the property. Reading it in context you may see what an artful piece of treachery and dishonest dealing in passive aggressive stand-over tactics it actually is. The fact that it comes directly after my evidence to the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal against Ray White was finalised is no coincidence either. They have started a round of serious attacks against me after my evidence was completed and when I could not mention their actions in this round of hearings. That involves wilful deception and wilful vindictiveness.

There is nothing in this property that I have not been dealing with and keeping in good control for years and suddenly everything they can attack is under attack. I have sent a return letter, several actually.

This is a continuation of your reign of harassment and it will be obvious to anyone who looks at the history of this property that your sudden interest is a matter of having access to my attention for the purposes of harassment. I have made my position clear. The fact that you can verbalise your treachery makes no difference. That pile of leaves was not a pile of leaves it was structure. I have it photographed and extensively journalled both on and offline. It was a prime part of my research and you destroyed it after I told you that it was important
I do want the output of your deceptive, dishonest and treacherous mind to cease affecting my life. Keep your hands off it. Anybody found on the property will be charged with trespass and their actions will cease or be ceased and referral made to my constant efforts to get your unconscionable harassment and vindictive passive-aggressive behaviour to stop. If you so keen on trimming the bloody trees you can wait until I have gone

Note. I know you know that I will be out tomorrow morning. If you have anyone attempt to enter the property while I am away you will regret it. I am sure the Tribunal can read well enough to see where i have at least asked that no one enter here without permission. That includes to do the plants next door although they are also done by me quite regularly. Attempting to enter a property against the wishes of the tenant is illegal and attempting to gain entry against the physical presence of the tenant is home invasion and probably get you several years for being the prime conspirator, you may want to warn your mower guys where my head is on this before they step over the property line

Let me make a final note. During one of the hearings Ray White representatives were handed copies of all my medical reports and it was made plain to them that I am in the middle of a crisis with my heart and various organs in serious distress. They are aware that raising the stress level with these constant attacks could cause my death and not only do they continue, they raise the levels. You tell me. Does the term murderous now apply to the actions of these creatures?
I have to wonder if Craig is really keeping Dennis Mentis updated on his actions. I wonder if Dennis knows that the harassment Craig has fanatically involved him in is something he can be charged for if he is proven to know of it. I wonder if the guy even knows that the agents are up to anything in his name.
On another note I am due to pop in to a hospital tomorrow for the heart MRI scan. We are still trying to assess if I need a defibrillator and just how bad the damage to the heart muscle has become. I was not given a lot of time when all the other complaints were tossed in and less again with these guys becoming a constant in my life. It was pointless trying to sleep last night and the chest pain has started again so I am glad I will be in a hospital early. I need to be close to people who can assist if it stops. The pain is very strong.
