The lawyers finally rang. They left a message on the answering machine that said they were waiting for things to occur. They seemed to be saying that, not only were they waiting, they were doing it with great dedication and passion. Things like that fill a man with hope for future outcomes.
There is still no sign of the Dodo Internet parts and whatever to make my internet work. How many days is that? They tell me it takes up to ten working days for a delivery which I do not get at all considering that mail from Hong Kong can be here in a few days. It irritates me and adds a note of deperation to my belly that I still have no internet after all this time. They want me to upgrade to ADSL and get a package but things have been so slow I am not sure I want risk another total failure and several weeks wait while some corporate policy works its way through the system.
I am looking for more places that have wireless for the patrons as well. The little computer was broken (the netbook) but I replaced the keyboard with an external wireless one and a mouse on the same system which seems to be enough for me to get use from it. The places I would like to see wireless are at the clubs where I can have a feed or maybe even some place like that big club near here where I can get a sauna or spa. That would help the aching legs and maybe lessen the cramps at night also.. Nuff for now. UI am sure there was more to say but who can remember.
Left the house early this morning to try and find the men’s shed and see if it has anything to offer me. I think I saw a sign on the way about the place on the scooter in the wee cold hours. I will head over there as soon as I put this to sleep. I am the one annoying everyone with my constant clacking while they all mouse-search the net.
