I am still furious about the total loss of my life style and years of work and trust. I lost my health and my friends and my chance to build a little something for my future after years of fighting ill health and nudging myself a bit at a time towards building skills as an artist. All that had to happen was that I ended up in the hands of venomous toads who wanted to cause me harm because they could and because they have no respect for the law or their tenants. Here is how I have decided to celebrate the event.
A year or so ago this little flier appeared in mail boxes around the Budgewoi area. They appeared to have been hand-stuffed into the boxes of certain tenants.
The subject seems to have been trying to tell tenants she could get away with whatever she wanted and look good doing it. It was a delight. What was actually being said was that she now smelt so bad locally she had to spend money on expensive promotions to get back some of her credibility. Broken down to its key elements this advertising says “I have a vagina for the making of children, will you not trust me.” The answer should be a resounding NO! Not breeding would have been a contribution!
At the time Wendy was known to have been part of an assault with one of her tenants who was both disabled and had been recently in hospital for heart surgery. Out of pure malice she had dragged him through court and the Consumer Tenancy Tribunal. He had been looking after gardens on the house he rented for almost a decade and Wendy had her contractors in Aus Cut continually vandalising them along with some of his art works on the grounds.
Said to be her friends, or friends of her staff members, some Police were sent to visit in apparent attempts to intimidate vulnerable tenants. The estate agents are said to have used scouts to determine when this or that tenant was no longer on a property so the contractors could have the damage done before anyone could stop them.
One side of this flyer shows caring hands (Below). The point she most needed to stress was that she was a caring person. The more a criminal refers to a place or subject the more you know they are trying to avert the eyes from a crime and the more an experienced criminologist is led to their indiscretions.
It was at this time she released a statement demanding to know why any one would expect her to feel bound to promises made while she was negotiating contracts. She really believes that! It was a statement echoed some years earlier by Alan Ashburne as he blamed everyone but himself when his business suffered after he was caught breaking an agreement with his own seriously ill tenant and then got caught physically intimidating them. Like all thugs he blamed the tenant when he was caught and it is believed he was Wendy Mcleod’s mentor.
Stories raced about the area of buyers who found estate agents were partners in the sale rather than just agents. Buildings that should have been demolished were burnt down. It seems that parts of Budgewoi are deeply contaminated with asbestos and rumour has it that the fact did not appear in searches and whenever asbestos products of a visible and undeniable kind were found they disappeared into the truck of certain contractors and were dumped with no masks or suits ever seen. Who knows where! Perhaps all of the agents in Budgewoi were tainted.
Her doings with the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal appear to have become so foul there seems to have been a make over among the staff of the CTTT at Gosford and apologies were made to at least one tenant when the Tribunal made orders that no reasonable person would believe within its area of engagement, this at the behest of Wendy and her little group of co-conspirators. There was one trembling release on the ABC radio about changes to the way the CTTT worked with local entities because of the corruption that seemed to have become rife.
This advertisement appeared in mail boxes throughout the area. Some one had realised a certain person was on the nose and needed a little rose-scented pretence to claw back a few customers. Here, let me help!
