I have been slowly working my way through a list of questions but the review is halted for now. There are a number of possibilities that need to be explored before a review is written. If the manual that comes with the scooter is correct it may be that this scooter (and most of the scooters on offer) are not suitable for any more than very limited outdoors use. Considering that the brochure claims this to be “the ultimate outdoor scooter” and the sales staff were made aware of the use to which it would be put I see a problem. There is a letter to Pride Mobility Products Corp asking them to verify the limitations or asking how they see some of them and I will write on that later.
A second concern that has slowed the review is that the machine may be too dangerous for the target market to use. I am looking into that and it may be just the difference between my old scooter and this scooter are biasing my perception of incidents on the ride. I will get some photographs but I don’t have anyone to assist with video of the things that concern me. Watch this space for more on the situation
One of the best heavy duty mobility scooters on the market, very durable and fast.
I cannot comment on the durability yet but it is certainly fast and very comfy
